Mark Dale
Owner / Regional Property Manager / Corporate Team Leader
Mark's family came west on the Oregon Trail in 1852 and settled in Oregon. Many family members chose Idaho which gives Mark solid history in the Pacific Northwest. There are several good stories he tells when in person. Mark's primary focus is to offer his expertise while helping people accomplish their life goals. Mark founded A2Z Property Management, Inc. in 2013 after causally managing property for 20 years. The goal at A2Z Property Management is to provide you with clear and easy communication. Most every unit we manage has been renovated and is kept in very clean and comfortable condition.
Mark has lived and invested in the Boise area since 1994 after moving from Eugene Oregon. During the pandemic Mark traveled for 2 years while working remotely. Currently Mark has settled and is expanding offices in Oregon. Splitting time between Boise, Portland, & Oakland Oregon keeps Mark connected to his family, friends, and clients.
Mark has extensive background in Property Management, Real Estate Sales, Mortgage Lending, Banking, Investment Properties, 1031 exchanges, Estates, Finance. Mark holds a MA degree in Organizational Leadership from George Fox University and a BS in Management from Busnell University.
Idaho Leasing Team Leader / Design Lead / Idaho Operations Lead
Trish moved to Boise in 1999 from Scottsdale, AZ. She has been in the property management industry for over 20 years and has had experience in various markets working with large corporations and individual owners/investors throughout the southwest and northwest regions of the United States.
Interior decorating has always been a passion for Trish and she has been able to integrate her skills in the property management industry for staging short and long term rentals. Trish joined the A2Z Property Management team in September of 2021 and is the Property Operations Manager for all of the long term rentals and stages/furnishes for any rentals as needed. Trish has a beautiful family that includes her husband, 10 year old daughter, 3 dogs and a lot of patience! She enjoys hiking, camping, road trips/traveling, bike riding, snowshoeing, music festivals, movies and relaxing at home.

Brian has been in the real estate industry since 2015 working as a Property Manager & Real Estate Sales Agent In Portland and Boise. He’s proud to have had the pleasure of helping people in many stages of their lives.
Brian has taken on the new position of Oregon Team Leader for A2Z Property Management, Inc. Brian’s experience is a perfect fit and the entire team at A2Z is excited to be working with him.

He has excellent communication and is ready to get the job done! His primary skillsets includes installing hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, & carpet. Working with A2Z, Hudson’s primary roles will be Sales/Operations and Maintenance Troubleshooting. It is a delight to have him on our Boise team!
